I am using ledger V9.0. I am closing out my year end. All procedures on the cheque list says ok except the batch status report which i printed and cleared.

Why am i not able to proceed. Could you shed some light?

Hi, Wema,

What version(release date) of GL9 are you using? You can get this information by selecting Help | About from the main menu?

There is a hotfix for this problem. You should contact your dealer for this.

Hi Wema,

A Hot Fix is a new build of a product that specifically addresses a problem that one of our sites has discovered. It does not have the rigorous testing that goes into the release of a Service Pack. Ultimately, the issues addresses in a Hot Fix make their way into a Service Pack for a product.
