I am having a problem using the F6 function key in AR. The F5 key works, however. I tried investigating the problem by opening the sample file and got an error message "caution signon failure". I am using the SYS user name and password.

When I created a new file, I could open this and could use the F6 key.

I therefore have two problems.

What happens when you press F6 in your data? Are you using SYS/SYS or SYS and a changed password in the sample data?

The system freezes and I have to shut it down. I am using SYS SYS.

Is "SYS" the password for the SYS user? "Signon failed" normally means that the user name and/or password are incorrect.

Any thought process to why the F6 does not work, when F5 works.
