Hi All,

We recently had a server failure and had to restore data with a backup. Prior to the failure, there was a problem with printing a specific report from purchase orders. The error still persists.

It happens when trying to print the 'Outstanding receipt invoice list'. The exact error message is: "Order header open data set: Error occured while attempting to prepare the record. Please contact your software vendor if the problem persists."

Any ideas?

Also, right after I press 'OK' this error comes up: "plnRecInvGetFieldValue: list index out of bounds (35)."

After clicking 'OK' the message re-appears. I clicked it around 100 times, and the only thing that changes is after about every 10 clicks (35) would move to (36), then (37), (38) etc. After my clicking finger got tired, I just used Task Manager to end the program.
