We're not aware of any issues with the Residual Costs not printing on the IC80B Item Valuation report. Can you let us know what version of Inventory you are using, and also all the options you have selected for printing the report? Those options would be very important. And also whether you have multiple locations allowed for the item?

We did fix a specific issue about a year ago regarding residual costs when using the 'Items on Separate Locations' format and using a print date earlier than today.
