I had explored both of these options before making my original post. The problem with the alerts is that we are using them SO well that it almost becomes easy to bypass them. I would like something more secure.

The problem with the Alternate Price Lists is that I do not believe that you can code one customer with two different alternate codes, correct? If possible to have two alternates apply to the same customer, this would definitely work for us.
