In Adagio OrderEntry, the item on the order shows the current values for the quantities left on order, shipped, and on backorder. Also at the right, there is an un-editable field displaying the quantity originally ordered. Is this what you are looking for? So if you invoice an order with a partial amount, you can edit the order and see both what's left on order and what was originally ordered.

You can edit the Details grid to add the column 'Qty Originally Ordered'. If the user has access to the column editor, they can double-click the grey title bar on the Details grid (within any order), and add the Qty Originally Ordered field from the left side to the right side. Then they wouldn't have to edit any of the items in the order to see the original qty - all items have this qty displayed on the screen at once.

If you are referring to printing pick lists or other specifications, the spec code D28 can print the quantity originally ordered on the document.
