Thank you Bruce - I have checked, and it is definitely not there. Interestingly, it did download (and install) the ODBCv3 update, and we already had the Crystal Reports R25 update. It appears to be the only one. The main install to the server hangs on downloading it; you can quit the download and it finishes installing without it, but then the workstation installation tries to download it - and again takes forever., Again, can be quit, but either goes into a continuous update cycle on re-starting Payables.

I have tried the usual stuff - disable UAC, Av, and Firewall, tried on our 3 operating systems (Win 10 1803 and 1809, Server2019) all same issue. I have a couple other things I am trying (DNS issue, can't find the download server?), but is there someplace I can just manually download the file? The installation downloads it (when operating properly) so it has to be getting it from someplace.
