You need to call your Adagio Consultant to resolve. And quickly.

We have seen this type of error many times after installing upgrades for Adagio AP 9.3B and/or IC 9.3A. And there is a resolution to fix this but it's not intuitive nor is there enough time or space in this thread to go through all of options.

Rolling back may be your best option prior to the upgrade for now.
