Have you tried doing a backup and then using the Maintenance | Update Archive Batch function to affect the Price field?

You'd want to be careful to ensure that the Unit Price in your Edit | Items is what you want it to be first.

If there are currently no decimal places in the Unit Price field in the archive batch, this will put the price with decimal places in the batch.
