Hi Jesse,

Use the formatting option to insert a conditional "Accounting Dollar Sign" ($ with two red << on the right) in front of the amounts. It will display on the first visible instance.

If this option is not on your formatting toolbar, then go to View | Customize | Toolbars and click the Reset button for each Toolbar.
