I don't work for Softrak so I can't answer your question. However I can say that North American Payment Solutions (NAPS) guarantees that they will beat any competitor's prices. So, rather than foisting rates onto customers, they are reducing customer costs. I know that one of my clients will save almost $10,000 each year.
I agree that It's a challenge to switch processors but the combination of time-savings (with Adagio's full integration) and cost savings might make it worthwhile.
