Importing transactions in general can be fiddly to get setup correctly. Importing transactions generated/exported by another software solution requires some effort to figure out how to line up the other software's export file with Adagio's import template.

Sorting this out on the forum is not practical. There is a tech tip on the Adagio Customer Portal that you can access that might help you out. Otherwise your Adagio dealer is the best person to assist you.
