As a dealer of Adagio I have sold Console to a few of our clients. Where we find X-Console to fail includes;
1. LAN when the workstation Network card goes to sleep X-Console can not communicate with the workstation and doesn't kick that user out. This is solvable by making sure that the network cards don't go to sleep.
2. Terminal Server - the best we can figure is that X-Console cannot see the TS users to kick them out. Not sure why Softrak didn't notice this in testing.
3. Hidden drives/network shares - this is not a common configuration for the majority of Adagio users. I suspect that X-Console just doesn't know how to communicate with this configuration.
Hopefully Softrak will do some more R&D on this solution.
