1. Select "View" instead of "Edit". The Next and Previous buttons are there.

2. Personally, I've always found "auto-complete" annoying, because you had to keep watching the screen. However, we'll record the suggestion. I'm not sure how it would work against a 70,000 record customer list without loading the whole list into memory though.
