No, you have three options:

1) Ask Softrak to add the ability to include the description on the report - since there is no more room on the report, it will probably end up double-spacing
2) Ask your consultant to modify the report to include the description - and remember that with each upgrade he/she will have to re-do the modification
3) Use GridView or Crystal Reports to create an alternate report that will accomplish your objective.
