The Statistics fields you quoted are meant to be used when Adagio Inventory is integrated with Adagio OrderEntry. If you do not currently use Inventory, then these fields are not meant to be used. It's interesting and unexpected that non-zero values are in these fields for OE items when Inventory is not integrated. As you see, there is no Year End function in Order Entry in order to move statistics to a Last Year area, in the same way that Adagio Inventory does as mentioned by Bruce.

I would not recommend purchasing Adagio Inventory for the sole purpose of keeping track of yearly statistics. A much more valuable addition would be the Adagio SalesAnalysis module, which is designed to keep track of detailed sales information from Adagio OrderEntry. A huge benefit of SalesAnalysis is that when initially setting up that data, you can Scan the entire contents of your OrderEntry transactions - including history - so that you immediately get the Year over Year sales information by item.
