Rather than have each department on a separate sheet, you should only need one sheet and then select the department you want to view from the department drop down.

You can also create a statement group that will print each of them in turn for a combined set.

Having each department on a separate tab is the way you would do this in Excel, where there is no way to just "toggle" the department.
