Thanks Andrew. For what it is worth we logged into said workstation but used a different user to log into the network this time. Accessed Adagio Receivables as the original user and the Customer Edit/View freeze issue did not happen. I can only assume a network "rights" issue for this user? Although in some ways doesn't make sense since all other functions in Receivables work.

Anyway will give your reset Window issue a go anyways.
