JobTracker offers note functions with word wrap for the job description, parts description and labour descriptions. A work order(job) can be created to configure a vehicle that is unique for each client. This can include a full description of everything included on the vehicle and or a complete list of each item added to it in the process. Parts can be included from inventory or miscellaneous items. Serialized tracking is supported when required. If labour is an important cost to you when assembling a vehicle, JobTracker provides for tracking labour costs incurred in the process.

If there is any retail element to you business, CounterSales can offer invoicing of jobs when they are complete plus efficient processing of any off the shelf items sold to a walk in client and paid using any accepted payment type. If there is no retail component, JobTracker provides a simple billing component for the job. Otherwise, the job can be manufactured to an inventory item and sold through any invoicing application that works with Adagio Inventory; Adagio Order Entry, Adagio Invoices or CounterSales.
