Text Blocks are a collection of 10 Comment or Instruction lines, that can either be pre-defined for selection, or for entering unique text. When entering a detail on an order, a Text Block line type is available to choose, in addition to Comment or Instruction. It sounds like in your case, the latter choice is the preferable case.

Word wrapping does not occur when entering Text Blocks, as the data structure is still 10 Comment (or Instruction) lines, even though it appears as one large box. After 75 characters are typed, you still have to press the Enter key to get to the next line.

In order to accommodate word wrapping in OE Comments, significant changes to the data structure and specification designer would need to be done. Currently only Adagio Time&Billing supports word wrapping in text descriptions.
