Those are statistics based on how often the user runs Period End in Receivables. These are not linked to Ledger fiscal calendars in any way. So these amounts are only as true as how consistently Period End is performed.

This also goes for YTD and Last Year customer statistics, and same for the respective fields in Payables vendor master records.
