Hi All,
Has anyone ever had an incident where going to print a batch listing the status doesn't change if you print to file (word or excel)?

A client had this happen and I figured the batch was too large for a word or excel file thus the system is reading that the entire batch was not printed, so I printed the batch listing to PDF and the status changed.

Am I right with the batch being too large for the .doc or .xls files, is there any other reason why this would happen that I can tell the client to be aware of?
