In September 2010 we purchased a server and Adagio software. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we never got around to implementing it and we wish to sell the system to recoup some or all of our costs. Any reasonable offer will be considered.

This is an unused server with Adagio software. The specs of the server are as follows:

Softrak does not normally allow registration transfers of the Adagio software from one company to another but they have confirmed that they will make an exception in this case as the software has not been installed. Please note, Softrak requires a Registration Transfer Fee of $1000 to the new owner, plus costs for reinstatement of Upgrades Plans $858, for a total transfer cost of $1858.
