We did have a default setup under options, I changed the default to another printer and it works so it does appear to be a print driver issue. We do have another user who uses the same printer as default with no issues but this new W/S is Windows 7 which may be causing the difference. We are in the process of upgrading to the latest Adagio versions this weekend so we will see if Windows 7 compatibility was maybe the issue. If not we will look into an updated print driver for that printer.
