Have you tried your Statements with a Sample Data spec and vice versa ? This would narrow down if the issue is with your data or your spec file - hopefully not both.

Maybe the spec. file has an issue - as that would be the lesser of the two evils. If so you may be able to restore an earlier version of the file that works.
