If you mean editing the customer code (up to 6 characters), then the only way this can be changed without losing information is to use the 3rd party program Toolkit for Adagio, and specifically the Customer Number Change function.

If you were wanting to edit different information from the Customer number, please indicate specifically what you wanted to change, as 'call letters' isn't standard terminology in Adagio Receivables.
