This is what we ended up doing.
Cell B3 is where the station will be entered example '120
The forumla ="6000:6999-"&$B$3&"100" is used.
The "100" is changed for each range to represent the "dept"
This is exactly the outcome desired.
It shows accounts for the station sub totaled by department.
