What version of Ledger are you using? What you would do varies between v8.x and v9.0 Ledger. In Ledger 9.0B, we added the File | Export | Batches function. You could export the batch to an export file in a common folder on the server. Then, in the other company's dataset, they could File | Import | Batches the batch by pointing at the file and location the original batch had been exported to.
