Your Windows display settings or Regional settings are different than the other workstations.
Ensure that you do not have Large Fonts or a Display DPI set to anything other than Normal. Also the advanced Regional Settings for Unicode language must be the same as how the spec was created - typically having 'English (US)' is correct and the setting for 'English (Canada)' causes a problem - because the vast majority of workstations are set with factory defaults, meaning the US settings.
