The order entry template does not allow for the insertion of a column. Are you referring to the invoice specification?

Vertical lines must be added to every section (detail, misc charges, etc).

If you have details on the print out that you do not see in the designer then they are likely hidden behind another field or possibly even below the visable section hight (to see these temporatily make the section higher.
