Use the 'Create Alternative Price Lists' function in Inventory to create those 300+ items, rather than each one individually. Or use the Import Alternative Price Lists function to create the items if more particular pricing is required.

If you need more precision on the price for the number of decimals, then the Alternate Price List is the only way to go.
