Before going further, please confirm for me exactly how you are deleting customers.

For example, which module are you using to do this? AR, OE, etc?

Can you confirm that all customer deletions are being done within Adagio or are you using Plus and possibly deleting some from there?

How are the customers being deleted? eg. highlight customer and delete or using the 'delete inactive customers' function?

Please provide full version and release dates for each of the following Adagio modules: Receivables, OrderEntry and DataCare. This information can be obtained by selecting Help | About from the main menu of each module.
