We are using OE 8.1A.
We have a few different user groups - some that enter orders & print confirmations, others that only print packing slips & others that print confirmations & invoices. We have found if we have a user group that has the "Print Confirmations" checked, but NOT "Print Packing Slip", they cannot print confirmations from the Order Entry window or by right-clicking the order, they have to go directly through the drop-down menu. However, if we change the Group settings to include "Print Packing Slip" they CAN print confirmations from the Order Entry window or by right-clicking the order.
Is this just a wierd glitch????
