Check for Compatibility First
Prior to installing any new Adagio module, we recommend you ensure that there will be no issues with the installation or compatibility with existing software modules already installed. Please see Adagio Compatibility InformationDownloading & Installing
- To download, click the download link for the appropriate product below.
- Run the EXE program you downloaded from the directory where you downloaded it.
- You will be asked for the install password, serial number and install code, which were provided in the email sent to you when your order was processed.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
- To display the Readme help for further information, click the View button.
- Check for and download recent Adagio product manuals.
Support
- Technical support for installation will normally be provided by the Adagio Consultant Reseller. He/she may wish to charge for their time and expertise.
- Users on an Upgrades Plan or a Support & Upgrades Plan can post questions on the Softrak Technical Support Forum and can also attend webinar training for free.
- Users on a Support & Upgrades Plan may also get support from Softrak by phone, fax, or email.
