I am in the proces of close the current fiscal year (2010) and the system is asking me to print and clear the posting journal..now since every time we make an entry in the G/L we print (but not Clear) the journal, there's any way to close the current fiscal year without printing the journal again?

Under Edit Company Profile | Posting/Reports, turn off the option "Allow post journal purge".

If you don't see that option, you need to install the latest version.

Another option is to use a program like CutePDF which will allow you to print the journals to a PDF file.
