I need to email out 3 letters together to all my AR Customers. I have created a form letter in AR maintenance specs and I have 2 other letters that that are saved in My Documents (1 word.doc and 1 PDF) what I need to do is when doing the email from Adagio / Accounts Receivalbe / Reports / statements/letters using the form letter that I have created is attach the other 2 letters to the email. Can it be done?

Sorry but no. Emailing in Adagio does not support external documents or files.
If you have a website, could you upload the PDF and Word doc there, and instead put web links into the Adagio Receivables document? Then the recipient of the email could simply click the link in order to retrieve the 2 documents. The links could be part of the Email Cover.

Thank you for that suggestion I will probably use it for this email out. But we also have print boss and I was under the impression that I would be able to use this for the attachments

Perhaps PrintBoss can do this, but that wasn't mentioned in the original question.

PrintBoss can add the attachements as PDF files. YOur consultant shoul dbe able to help you out.
