Renewal payment not processed

I have called and left messages with Softrak several times and emailed regarding my payment that has not been processed, all have gone with no response to date.

I now see that there is a service pack to Adagio Receivables released on 2023-12-18 that I do not have access to.

At this point I would like someone to respond so I can correct this.
