Not sure if this is where I can post this but I need to know if my renewal is being processed.
I emailed my payment information in almost 2 weeks ago and it has not been processed yet. I've re-sent the email twice and have called the office numerous times to confirm the payment is being put through but nobody has gotten back to me. I just need confirmation that it has been received since our renewal is due next week.

Any idea why there's radio silence at head office? I've tried Sales, Accounting, Customer Service...

I just double checked with Jeffrey on the Order Desk and you should have received a reply from him this morning.
