AR STATEMENTS NOT PRINTING TO PDF

I have been trying to generate statements for some customers in AR but it won't create the PDF file when requested.
Invoices will still create PDF of invoices to send customers but when I use AR to generate a PDF file the program opens Adagio\...\reports\receivables\forms goes through all the motions of creating a statement but does not create the PDF file.
It also will print to paper but not PDF.

What versions - for example AR 9.3A (190821)?

You should post this in the Technical Support section of the Forum, not the General Inquiries section.

There is not enough information in your post to troubleshoot this. "Won't create the PDF" is too vague. How about an exact message, or a screenshot? Which PDF printer?

You might be better off contacting your consultant and showing him/her the problem.

Do you have 'statements' enabled on the customer profile, on the statements tab? Without it you are unable to print statements for customers when using Reports|Statements and Letters option. But it would likely allow you to print a physical copy of their statement from their profile. The other option to check would be what send methods are enabled for statements on the statement tab. You will need print and possibly email depending on how you processing statements. You also might need to update the preferred send method, if you are preparing statements that way.
