This is a wish list item.

Even though Order Entry is not a POS program, the payment function allows it to work as one. However, it doesn't allow to record the refunded amount on a credit note. The payment button is greyed out.

Is it possible to enable that function in OE credit notes and AR credit notes ?

Hi Patricia,

OE 92A (160111) SP does allow Payments on Credit Notes.
