Excel Direct not working

good morning,

My ExcelDirect has stopped working out of all modules. The check box to enable is still checked, both in company profile and user preferences. My coworkers are still able to connect to excel. Any tips to try?

Hi:

I have seen this happening when you change server host. Is this the case?

What happens when you click on the Excel button?

Is Excel working for everything else? Has it been reinstalled? Excel version on the cloud doesn't work with Adagio Excel Direct.

Has anything changed on your computer? Windows updates?

Nothing happens when I click on the Excel button.
Excel is working for everything else, it hasn't been reinstalled and isn't a cloud version.
Windows may have done an update recently, but everyone else is on auto update and their Excel Direct is still working.

Hello Holiday,

Try running Adagio as Administrator, it may be a security issue on your station.

If that isn't it, there are some other things to check in the Tech Tip on the Softrak website. Look under Adagio Operations for: Working with ExcelDirect.
