Hello,

Client changed email from Outlook 2013 to Outlook 365 on MS Server 2012 R2.

DataCare 9.3A (181030) email results is set to “attach”. In the received email the attached Datacare log .txt file has no formatting and is also missing information.

Changing email results to “append” sends email with Datacare log results in the email body but formatting is challenging to review.

Is there a resolution to this problem?

Hello Kerry,

We have not been able to duplicate your results. As far as we can tell, there is no problem with Append or Attach for the On Success or On Failure Results.

If you choose the Email button from the Data Integrity Check window, R&D have been able to duplicate a problem.
