Financial Reporter closes when trying to print

Financial Reporter closes when trying to print - 07/22/22 12:02 PM

Running Ledger 9.3B (220504)
From Ledger, we open the financial reporter.
Bring up a report.
Press print button .. reporter closes
try keystroke ctrl-p .. reporter closes
Open LedgerFinRep.exe directly from Softrak/Ledger folder. Can print without issue.

Please tell me why !

Hi Michael,

We have seen some machines where the 64 bit version of the financial reporter crashes on print. Please go to the Softrak\Ledger folder and rename the x64 folder and Ledger will not attempt to open LedgerFinRep64.exe
