Latest SysUpdater SysUpdater211019.EXE glitch

Just FYI,
SysUpdater211019.EXE supposed to replace older dll files Libeay32.dll and Ssleay32.dll with their newer versions 1.0.2.14 but it DOES NOT.
I had to manually copy newer dll from another Adagio client site

version 1.0.2.14 is also considered obsolete Open SSL downloads

So what your saying is that the install worked for one site but not another. That isn't necessarily a glitch in the install.

On the other hand, kind of disappointing that this update doesn't include the latest version of the DLL's.

No updater did not work for those 2 specific dll files (SSL protocol implementation),
on the second site the libraries were already versions 1.0.2.14 and dll files are dated year 2018
on original site the libraries were older and dated year 2013 and Updated did not replace them

I am using openSSL dlls in WMS software as well, so I dig thru this problem a lot

I can't speak towards the 'obsolete' status of these DLL files at version 1.0.2.14 from 2018. The direction I got from R&D was that though there may be newer versions, we have not tested them well enough to be sure that including them would not cause additional problems, and it was more important to provide a fix for the email problems that were recently reported as soon as we could. Our emailing works with this version of these DLLs in place.

I can confirm that we are not installing these DLL files in the SysUpdater, as you indicated. I cannot speak to the reasoning of this decision, but I have forwarded your concern about this to R&D. I would suspect that the majority of Adagio sites would have installed upgrades since 2018 and therefore already have these DLL files already installed, though it is not guaranteed that a site would have current versions and want this SysUpdater for emailing within the affected environment.
