Dear Associates,

I am trying to (Close Year) in Bank Rec.

When I Print and Clear Batch Status, all but (1) one batch remains as open.

This batch is however not listed for me to delete same.

I am in a bind, as I need to close the year and start at batch 1.

How can I fix... I am at 9.2A (180209) has not upgraded yet because other customized programs will be affected but we soon do upgrade...

Any help welcomed..

Hi Edward,
Backup your data, and use GV RW to open up the batch control file.

Not sure what you will see inside for details but you should be able to update the offending batch with RW and update so that you can close up and complete the Year end.

To use the GV RW, copy the BRGLOB.* and the BRBCTL*.* to your local notebook, and do your business on the notebook. And then copy back to the client server. Don't take anything else to complete this.
