Could you run \softrak\system\chksys.exe from the drive where your Adagio is installed and see if it complains about anything in your setup? Did you make sure that you installed the upgrade to the same drive letter where the original release was installed?

Typically when you attempt to print a report but nothing seems to happen, this is caused by a missing or non-current report table. The new 6.8B upgrade for Adagio Payables required new tables, so it's possible that after installation the new tables were not installed. Usually CHKSYS would show this.
Search for a QRASP directory on your system, which is where the report tables are found. Look for 3 particular files of format QRTAP_68.QRW, where the _ is replaced by B, W or Z. If you don't have all 3 files (or they are dated earlier than Dec 2002) then you don't have the tables. You can find a copy of them in \softrak\system\qrasp\ap, paste them into your QRASP directory.
=============
The 'crpaig32' error would be different, where a report are expecting the existance of the file crpaig32.dll, which is a Text Object link library. According to our AP release notes, we install this file in case reports are modified. It should be in the C: \windows\system(32) directory.
If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, make sure the workstation setup is run while you are logged into the machine with full installation rights.
