Remeber batch entry field

Yesterday I asked if Adagio can remember fields, I understand how remember batch entry works but what I meant is every month we pay the same bills like Enmax I would like the same information input for that invoice each month not having to re enter every month but just change the amount which is different each month. Its like in GL I use edit/
archive batches to record reoccurring batches.

In AP, have a look at the Help section on Recurring Batches.
(Press F1, on the Contents tab on the extreme left of the screen, click & expand Daily Processing, and then click on Recurring Batches.)

I don't speak for Softrak but, if my memory is correct, the new Payables version due to be released in the next while will provide a much improved recurring batch capability. If my memory is wrong - often the case - and that feature is not included, then blame me, not Softrak.
