We seem to have a problem with contacting technical support and require assistance.

Does anyone know of a support person that actually will answer a call or call you back?

We have several times and we have also asked for a phone call and we have not received one. He looped in Terry from Softrak who suggested to John that he reach out to a Chris McDonell (not sure where from), which our IT Manager replied as follows:

Good Morning All,

We are finding it very frustrating here that no one is willing to call us or give us a number to contact. We would like some more information as to what may have happened and how to prevent this from happening again including having backups by the software happening more often (daily). Can you someone please reach out to us by phone as soon as possible.

We need someone to look at our files to ensure that we can move forward and we have the correct information in our data set.
We took the GLGLOB file from the server and made copy, then we took the file from the server and restored a previous version, which I believe overwrote the file that had the problem. This allowed us to get into the system. However, I am uncomfortable moving forward as i am not sure our data set is correct as we have found some anomalies, which is why we really need someone to reach out to us to help.
