Existing client, now has a Win 11 Pro computer (i9 Intel processor with 32 GB RAM).
Adagio is installed on a server, and we are running WKSETUP for the new Win 11 computer.

We are installing current versions of Adagio - G/L 9.3B(231109).
We run the install as an Administer.
The install progresses quickly until it comes to the Adagio PDF printers and then it just pauses. The screen reads: “Installing Nova PDF, please wait …”
But the machine at this point seems to hang.
We have waited 10+ minutes, with the same screen.
This is happening for G/L, same for the A/R install.

So how do we successfully run the workstation update for this Win 11 Pro computer?

I can only suggest that you contact IT to ensure that you have the rights that you believe you have.

As Dan has advised me successfully, run ChkSys and say yes to delete old files if asked.
