Does the error occur for (ALL) customers or a specific Customer (check name only letters and numbers no characters) ?
If you open (AR) Sample Data and attempt the same report does it work or not ?
?:\Softrak\Receivables\SAMDATA
If later works run (DIC)
Also make sure IT Department does a re-start on the server so no open or lock files..
You and I may be having the same (Managed IT) Department limitations.... I keep my sanity by having an in house mirror server to simulate a "Perfect Working Environment" because when the CLIENT Server Operating System starts to act up, you will think Ghosts are in the ADAGIO System.
Also what is your install configuration - a) Traditional - Client / Server or b) RDP Server Virtualization.
I can bet you do not have a REAL problem, but a SERVER issue...because others consultants would be screaming long before you..
